Pastor Jones fosters a culture of community that provides Christ-centered resources, connections, and opportunities to assist individuals in discovering and pursuing their purpose. His intent is to live and lead a lifestyle that executes his vision of “Transformed People, Transforming People''. He has a dynamic, motivational, and relational style that reaches diverse audiences and provides him the opportunity to assist other churches and organizations in becoming spaces of influence and destiny for God’s people. 
 
In addition to serving as Lead Pastor of Transformation Church Miami, he serves as a Professional Firefighter.  He is an accomplished author and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Florida International University. Xavier has been featured  on "Good Morning America" for the work that is being done in South Florida.
 
With over 20 years of Ministerial leadership experience, Pastor Jones is poised and positioned to reach people far from God and raise them up in a new life in Jesus Christ.
